I - Children's Protection
As indicated at the bottom of each page, amour tendresse use ICRA labelling system to describe, that is, label, its online content in a way that can be processed by filtering software.
Users, principally parents of young children, then apply their own judgement in deciding which sites should and should not be available in their homes or workplaces.
This is done by means of software that can read and interpret the labels found for EACH page.
The 1st presentation of page bottom, in link: 
indicates, in click, the protection applying to the visited page:
- label 1 (see in popup): pages supporting protection of the children by very preventive parents
- label 2 (see in popup): pages supporting: 1 - protection of the children
2 - Protection of the teenagers by very preventive parents
- label 3 (see in popup): pages supporting an under age (children and teenagers) parental protection
The 2nd presentation of page bottom, unlinked (for example this page): 
indicates none label: no parental protection necessary!
II - Privacy Policy
The practices of amour tendresse comply with the French "Informatique et Libertés" (Computer science and Freedoms) law.

E-mail Addresses and/ or personal informations you entrust to me will NEVER give nor sell to third parties in one way or another.
I'll never use or transmit your e-mail address, or your recipient's e-mail address, for any purpose other than to send your friend a sensual Postcard and, of course, a copy for you.
When the postcard expires (15 days), all informations which you have indicated are removed in the database.
You have the right to access, modify, correct and suppress data about you that amour tendresse would store (French "Informatique et Libertés" law).
